I’ve traveled to 38 countries, many of them solo. But in October 2027, I’m doing something a little different.
I’m so excited to officially introduce The Morocco Reset, my first Globe Beyond Yourself group trip! From October 17–24, 2027, we’ll spend eight days experiencing three completely different sides of Morocco: Marrakech, the Agafay Desert and Essaouira.
And when I tell you this itinerary is GOOD?!
Why Morocco?
I wanted my first group trip to have a little bit of everything: culture, adventure, connection, beautiful accommodations and enough downtime to actually enjoy where we are.
Morocco checked every box.
We’ll experience the energy, food and culture of Marrakech, spend two nights glamping in the Agafay Desert, and then slow things down along the coast in Essaouira.
City → Desert → Coast.
Along the way, we’ll take a sunrise hot-air balloon ride, cook Moroccan food, ride camels at sunset, surf along the coast, experience a traditional hammam and so much more.
And because apparently I can’t go anywhere without finding coffee, I’m also hosting a Coffee & Conversation in Essaouira.
Adventure, but make it comfortable
I wanted this trip to have a sense of adventure without sacrificing comfort. We’ll spend our days exploring, trying new things and getting outside our comfort zones, but we’ll also have beautiful 4-star+ accommodations to come back to, including two nights of elevated glamping in the Agafay Desert.
And one of my favorite parts? You don’t have to plan it all yourself. Our experiences are organized through Trova Trip and local guides on the ground, transportation between destinations is handled, and there’s still free time built in to explore or recharge.
